Forgotten Passcode

Portfolio’s management portions can be locked with a passcode to prevent clients from accessing unwanted areas. If you forget this passcode it can be reset in the Settings app:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to Portfolio in the left column and tap on it.
  3. Turn on the setting “Reset lock passcode”.
  4. Click on the Home button.
  5. Reopen Portfolio.
